All horses and ponies listed are subject to prior sale.

Our horses typically sell very quickly, with many finding their new homes within Weeks of being listed. Quality, safe horses are difficult to find, and due to high demand, we encourage serious buyers who are planning to travel to consider placing a security deposit on the horse they are interested in.

A transferable deposit of 10% of the asking price is required to temporarily hold a horse. This deposit will reserve the horse until your arrival, allowing time for travel arrangements or scheduling a pre-purchase veterinary examination.

The purpose of the deposit is to reserve the horse and demonstrate a serious commitment to the purchase. It is not intended to simply provide additional time for decision-making.

Buyers are welcome to have their own veterinarian perform a pre-purchase examination at their own expense. If the horse does not pass the pre-purchase examination, or is not as represented, the deposit will be refunded.

We thoroughly evaluate and examine each horse upon arrival and throughout our training and assessment process to ensure we represent every horse honestly and accurately.

Payment Policy

Wire transfer, Zelle, and PayPal are the fastest, safest, and preferred methods of payment. They allow us to begin arranging shipping immediately.

Wire transfers are essentially an instant form of payment and often cost less than obtaining a cashier’s check and sending it overnight. Cashier’s checks are also accepted but must fully clear or be approved by the bank before we can schedule transportation.

If payment is being sent overnight, we must receive the tracking number in order to hold the horse until the payment arrives. Once payment has been received, we will provide an emailed receipt confirming the transaction.

Shipping & Transportation

We handle all logistics involved in getting your new horse safely to you, whether you are located locally or anywhere across the United States.

In some cases, we may deliver the horse ourselves; however, we generally work with trusted professional equine transportation companies that provide excellent care during transit.

Please allow up to two weeks after full payment has been received and cleared for delivery. In many cases, transportation can be arranged even sooner depending on your location.

Shipping anywhere within the Continental United States is included in the purchase price of all our horses.

For international customers, we will cover transportation costs to the nearest border crossing facility or quarantine facility for overseas shipments. We can also assist with arranging all necessary international paperwork.

If you are not ready for your horse to be shipped immediately, we can arrange boarding and/or continued training for an additional fee. If the horse remains with us beyond the standard shipping period, any additional costs and liability associated with the horse will transfer to the buyer.

30-Day Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day exchange period should any unforeseen issues arise. We will gladly exchange your horse or pony for another suitable horse for any reason.

However, we ask that buyers do not view this as a trial period and that they make their purchase with the intention of giving the horse a fair opportunity to adjust to its new home and environment.

We provide detailed instructions regarding acclimation and riding practices, and these guidelines must be followed if you intend to utilize the exchange option.

Our exchange guarantee does not cover any injuries, illnesses, or issues that occur after the horse has left our care. We also require that the original horse remain with the buyer until a suitable replacement is found.

All transactions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
